  • Due to the fatal consequences evident and possible to the Covid-19 virus and current Government rulings to indoor venue music events the POSTPONEMENT of FOLKESTONE SKABOUR FESTIVAL 2020 means some of those that have booked their tickets may wish to have a refund and not transfer their booking to the new arranged dates of  17th, 18th, 19th September 2021.

  • Please contact us via festivaldesk@skabour.co.uk and by July 17th 2020. Refunds will be processed by July 31st 2020.

  • A 5% admin charge will apply to each refund to those costs incurred including transaction bank charges etc. This will be according to booking total cost ranging to a limited maximum of £15 per booking.


ALL deposits are non-refundable

Deposits must be settled within 3 months of purchase

Where deposits are not settled by 31/8/20 your purchase will be cancelled

Whilst tickets are non-refundable if you find that you are unable to attend the festival

– Please notify us as soon as possible advising if you want to transfer your tickets or want a refund

– Where a refund is offered we charge a cancellation/refund fee of 25% of the order value

We will be unable to accept cancellations after June 17th 2020

Please bring ticket vouchers (downloadable from your account) or your proof of purchase to the festival desk where they will be exchanged for wristbands and where applicable room keys (WE DO NOT POST WRISTBANDS)

Only in exceptional circumstances will wristbands be replaced so please look after them carefully whilst you are at the festival
