In order to comply with current legislation we have to use SCA (Secure Customer Authentication) on all purchases, if you cannot approve your payment via your banking app or phone your order WILL FAIL.



Our payment plans allow you to choose between 10, 8, 6 or 4 monthly instalments (including the initial deposit), these payments are automatically charged to your card for the duration of the plan

(Please note we DO NOT have access to your card details)

Note if you miss an installment for whatever reason the automated billing of your card WILL FAIL, but you can settle each installment via your account page or by following the link on the monthly invoice you will receive


2 Night Rooms are Friday – Saturday (unless requested otherwise at point of purchase)

3 Night Rooms are Friday – Sunday

Thursday Upgrades Are available please select these below

Due to changes at the hotel:

If you want a family room let us know how many of you are staying & the ages of your kid(s) when you order so we can get the most appropriate room

Where you order multiple rooms please provide the name(s) of the guests for each room

Wristbands and room keys are available for collection from the Festival Check-in from 2pm onwards on Friday 13th September 2024

All Room packages include Dinner, Breakfast and Festival Wristband(s) – which includes entry to all ticketed events and spaces (Except the Fringe)

TERMS & CONDITIONS – PLEASE READ

WRISTBANDS ARE NOT POSTED – PLEASE COLLECT FROM THE SKABOUR CHECK-IN ON ARRIVAL AT THE VENUE

FOLLOWING THE INTRODUCTION OF OUR NEW PAYMENT PLANS THE FIRST 3 DEPSOSITS OR 25% OF THE TICKET PRICE IS NON REFUNDABLE IN THE EVENT OF FAILURE TO SETTLE YOUR PLAN IN FULL

        If your account is not settled by 31st August your purchase will be cancelled with no refund

        Tickets are non-refundable – if you you are unable to attend the festival please tell us as soon as possible the reasons and if you wish to transfer your tickets to someone else or want a

        refund

        If a refund is offered we charge a fee of 10% of the order value if you have paid in full or your non-reundable deposit if you have not settled your account

        We are unable to accept cancellations after 30th July except under exceptional circumstances

No changes to rooms can be made after 31st August

Please bring ticket vouchers (download from your account) or your proof of purchase (copy of invoice)/ID to the festival desk where they will be exchanged for wristbands and where applicable room keys (WE DO NOT POST WRISTBANDS)

Only in exceptional circumstances will wristbands be replaced so please look after them carefully whilst you are at the festival
