TICKETS FOR THE 2026 FESTIVAL NOW ON SALE

THE FINE PRINT – PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING

2 Night Packages are for the Friday & Saturday Night
3 Night Packages are for Friday to Sunday Night

All packages include bed, breakfast, evening meal & wristband(s)

If you wish to book the Thursday night please add the upgrade to your basket before paying.

PAYMENTS

We use Secure Customer Authentication on all payments; please ensure you have access to your banking app when you attempt to make payment otherwise your order will fail.

Our payment plans allow you to choose between 10, 8, 6 or 4 monthly installments (including the initial deposit), these payments are automatically charged to your card for the duration of the plan.

NOTE – if you miss an installment for whatever reason the automated billing of your card WILL FAIL, you can settle each installment via your account page or follow the link on the monthly invoice you will receive

CANCELLATIONS

If you are unable to attend the festival please advise us at the earliest opportunity; but no later than 31/8

We generally will offer you the choice of
a) rollover to the next year, or
b) a cash refund subject to a minimum 5% cancellation fee

NOTE – Cancellations after 31/8 will be subject to a minimum 25% late cancellation fee

Please use the box on the order to specify/provide us with any further requirements

Wristbands and room keys are available for collection from the Festival Check-in from 2pm onwards on the Friday

Thursday Night guests can collect their tickets & wristbands from the Festival Desk in the main foyer from 4pm on the Thursday

All Room packages include Dinner, Breakfast and Festival Wristband(s) – which includes entry to all ticketed events and spaces

OTHER USEFUL INFORMATION

WRISTBANDS ARE NOT POSTED – PLEASE COLLECT FROM THE SKABOUR CHECK-IN ON ARRIVAL AT THE VENUE

If your account is NOT SETTLED by 31st August your purchase will be cancelled subject to a minimum 25% cancellation fee

No changes to rooms can be made after 31st August

Please bring ticket vouchers (download from your account) or your proof of purchase (copy of invoice)/ID to the festival desk where they will be exchanged for wristbands and where applicable room keys

Only in exceptional circumstances will wristbands be replaced so please look after them carefully whilst you are at the festival

PARKING

There is limited parking at the hotel, it is available on a first come basis & cannot be reserved, we do our best to make as many spaces available as possible so please be courteous to our team who are there to help you.

Remember to book your car in on the screens in reception asap after arrival as we will not under any circumstances be responsible for you getting a parking notice.
